Section 1 — Agreement

By creating a VertMento account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. VertMento is operated by DashCraftCo, an independent creator studio.

Section 2 — The Service

VertMento is a personal and family health companion app designed as a practical tracking and reminder tool — to help individuals and carers organize and remember health-related information. It is not a medical device, clinical records system, or secure health vault, and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

VertMento works best as a lightweight memory aid — tracking appointments, medications, vitals trends, and wellness routines. You are encouraged to use nicknames or aliases for profile names rather than full legal names, and to avoid storing documents or data you would consider highly sensitive. Do not rely on VertMento as your sole record of critical health information.

Section 3 — Account Registration

Must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your login credentials. Provide accurate information. One account per person; do not share login credentials outside Family Sharing.

Section 4 — Subscription Plans and Payments

Free Plan: 2 AI queries/month, limited features, no payment required.

Basic Plan ($2.99/month): expanded features, requires valid credit card even for trials, billed by Creem.

Premium Plan ($9.99/month): full access including AI Health Assistant, Family Sharing, all tracking modules, billed by Creem.

By subscribing, you authorize Creem to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Section 5 — Cancellation and Refunds

Cancel anytime from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period. No refunds for partial periods. Annual plans: refund requests within 7 days of initial purchase considered case-by-case; email support@dashcraftco.com.

Section 6 — Family Sharing

Paid plans include Family Sharing. You as the account holder are responsible for all activity, including data added by invited members.

Section 7 — Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use VertMento for unlawful purposes, upload false health data with intent to deceive, hack or reverse-engineer the app, share credentials with unauthorized parties, or use the AI assistant for emergency medical guidance. In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

Section 8 — AI Health Assistant

Powered by Google Gemini. For general informational purposes only. Does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace professional medical advice. Outputs may contain errors. Do not use the AI assistant as a substitute for professional care or in any urgent or emergency situation.

Section 9 — Intellectual Property

All content and code owned by DashCraftCo. You retain ownership of your health data.

Section 10 — Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Section 11 — Termination

We may suspend accounts for Terms violations or fraud. You may delete your account anytime.

Section 12 — Limitation of Liability

DashCraftCo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages including decisions made based on AI outputs or information tracked within the app.

Section 13 — Disclaimer of Warranties

Service provided "as is" without warranties. VertMento makes no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any medical or clinical purpose.

Section 14 — Governing Law

Governed by applicable law.

Section 15 — Changes to Terms

Material changes notified by email and in-app at least 7 days in advance.
